Good day, I’m writing your good office because of my bad experienced in one of your franchises specifically in Robinsons branch Tacloban City. Last May 31, 2010, I went there with my family to take our lunch. Before I was so excited since when I was in Mall of Asia last year I ate Mang Inasal there then I was so satisfied with the service they rendered to us and the chicken of course “and sarap”. But when I was in the branch i mentioned above, I was so frustrated. In fairness that day, they had a lot of customers. The waiter there told us to wait for 20 minutes as they will look for a vacant table. So patiently we’ve waited. But they don’t do that, instead we were the one who managed to find a vacant but uncleaned table. So we sat there until they could serve us still the mess in the table was unattended until such time that our food is ready. when the waiter saw that the table was still unclean, he walked back to the counter and put our food there as if nothing happens. still we waited until that I can’t resist my hunger i went to the supervisor on duty and ask why our food was not yet serve and why no one clean our table. so they clean our table and serve our lunch. when i was about to eat I found it out that the rice was not fully cook. I called their attention again. surprisingly the chicken that they served us was not also fully cook. I could still see the blood on it. I was so disappointed. Sayang sir/madam to tell you I have a high regards to Mang Inasal thats why I’m writing this in order for you to correct this matter. Its up for you if you will believe me or not. I’m just telling what I’ve experienced. For your information. Thanks a lot.
